Upon completing medical school and graduating first in his class, Dr Nassar pursued a distinguished one year senior research fellowship in New York City, focused on aesthetic medicine and lasers. He then attended the top ranked General Surgery Residency Program at the University of Washington in Seattle where he served as Chief Resident in his final year. Following this, he attended the prestigous Plastic Surgery residency/fellowship at Harvard Medical School where he completed three years of training and served as a chief resident in his final year. He excelled during these three years, and twice received the Academic Excellence award for the highest score on the national service exams for Plastic Surgery.
